Katie Brown MSED Administrative Coordinator, Katie is an experienced early childhood educator and administrator with over 13 years of handson work supporting young children and families. She currently serves in an administrative
support role at Silver Speech Services LLC, where she helps ensure smooth day-to-day
operations and maintains the organizational systems that allow the clinical team to thrive. Her
strengths in planning, logistics, and team support help ensure services are delivered
thoughtfully and efficiently.
Before joining Silver Speech Services, Katie spent more than a decade teaching children ages
two to four in early childhood classrooms, where she built deep expertise in child development
and early learning. She also founded and ran a postpartum doula business in New York City,
providing essential care, guidance, and emotional support to new parents during the early
postpartum period.
Katie holds a Master’s degree in Infant and Family Development, along with dual certification in
Early Childhood Special Education and General Education. Her professional path has been
shaped by a lifelong commitment to caregiving, influenced by her upbringing in a home that
fostered over 100 infants.
Now a mother herself, Katie brings both personal and professional insight to every role she
takes on. She is known for her calm presence, organized approach, and heartfelt dedication to
supporting families and teams alike.
Outside of work, Katie finds joy in singing and exploring new places. Whether performing music
or traveling to unfamiliar destinations, she values experiences that connect her to people,
culture, and creativity—interests that continue to enrich her personal and professional life.
